Delicious Bread For Breakfast

Yield: 4 bread pieces

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Stir: water, yeast, oil
  2. Cover and wait 10 min
  3. Whisk: milk, salt
  4. Add to yeast mix
  5. Add flour to it all
  6. Add more flour until it doesn't stick to bowl.
  7. Let dough stand for 45 min
  8. Kneed a little shape into a log.
  9. Cut dough into 12 pieces
  10. Put butter pieces on 8 pieces
  11. Flatten 1 butter piece, put another butter piece on top and flatten, then put non-butter piece on top and flatten.
  12. Mold it together into ball. Then flattened.
  13. Cook each in a cast iron skillet
  14. Poke with a tooth pick, all over
  15. Check dough so it dosn't burn
  16. Turn over when it is light brown
  17. Ready when other side is brown
