Breakfast Bread

Delicious Bread For Breakfast

Yield: 4 bread pieces

Bread recipe ingredients:
1 cup warm water (200 ml)
1 tbsp yeast (10 grams)
4 tsp sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil (60 ml)
1 cup warm milk (200 ml)
1/2 tsp salt
5 cups of flour (600 gr) + ~30-50 gr to work with dough
100 gr butter

The glass I used is 200 ml.

Directions:

Water
yeast
oil
stir
cover and wait 10 min

milk
salt
whisk
Add to yeast mix

Add flour to it all.
add more flour until it doesn't stick to bowl

let it stand for 45 min.

kneed a little.
cut dough into 12 pieces.
put butter pieces on 8 pieces.

Flatten 1 butter piece
put another butter pice on top and flatten
Put non butter piece on top and flatten.
mold it together into ball. Then flattened.

Cook each in a cast iron skillet.
Poke with a tooth pick, all over.

check dough so it dosn't burn.
turn over when it is light brown
ready when other side is brown

1/2 recipe
Yield: 2 pieces

1/2 cup warm water (200 ml)
1/2 tbsp yeast (10 grams)
2 tsp sugar
1/6 cup vegetable oil (30 ml)

1/2 cup warm milk (100 ml)
1/4 tsp salt

2.5 cups of flour (300 gr) + ~15-25 gr to work with dough

50 gr butter

cut dough into 6 pieces.
put butter pieces on 4 pieces.

Follow the above directions.
