Fritters

Directions

  1. Add 1/3, whisk, 1/3 more, whisk, last 1/3. The batter should be "thin".

  2. Add 1 cup veg or apples.

  3. Fry in oil (~2 Tbsp). Pour 1/4 cup, for each fritter, in the oil.

  4. Cook about 3 min, until bubbles an brown, turn.

  5. Put them on a wire rack, not on paper towel on plate.

  6. Dash of salt.
