Directions

  1. Preheat your oven: 425 deg.F

  2. Make and put pie crust in 9 inch pie pan

  3. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust.

  4. Bake 15 minutes at 425 deg.F
    Then reduce to 350 deg.F. and bake for 30 to 40 min more.
    It is done when knife, inserted 1 inch from crust, comes out clean.

  5. Cool for 2 hours on wire rack. Eat or refrigerate.
