Drink: Gimlet

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz lime
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• Ice

Directions

1. Place the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well chilled.

2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
