Bakery Secrets for great homemade bread

In cup water, luke warm water
3 tsp yeast

Mix together:
3 cup flour
1.5 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp oil

Add the water with yeast

Stir, then knead for 10 min (add water or flour as needed, one tsp at
a time)

Knead for 10 more min.

Boil water for oven pan.

Put in oiled bowl. Cover with towel (do not tuck under bowl).
Put bowl in middle of oven.
Put oven pan with boiled water in bottom of oven.

Come back in one hour.

Boil more water.

Take out dough and form into the loaf pan.
Tuck the edges down and pinch them together.

Put back in oven, cover with towel (do not tuck under).
Put oven pan with boiled water in bottom of oven.

20 to 30 min.

Put in oven 350F, with pan of water at bottom.

Check at 30min. Tip out of pan and check the bottom.
Thump and listen for a hollow sound.
If not done, 5 more mins, the check and repeat
5 more min until done.

Cool completely before cutting.
