$Header: /repo/per-bruce.cvs/com/doc/recipe/main-brisket.html,v 1.5 2024/03/28 06:14:57 bruce Exp $ Part 1 2 tsp salt 3 Tbs brown sugar 1 C chilly sauce (or 12oz) 1.5 C white vinigar 5 lb brisket (with fat) Part 2 1 C celery leafs (or whole) 2 onions sliced 4 or more carrots 2 C water Combine all of part one. Soak in fridge over night. Cook fat sided down in 200 deg. for 9 hours. (reheat with fat side up)
