Potato Bread

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups 1 1/4 cups water (70 to 80 degrees)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 1/2 Tbsp 2 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp 1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp 1/2 cup (8 Tbsp) mashed potato flakes
2 Tbsp gluten
3 cups 3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp 4 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
Basic Ultra Fast 1.5lb Bread Machine setting

Have not tried.

Dough was pretty wet. Added 3 Tbsp flour. Still was not enough. Next time Reduce the amount of water, or add more flour.

The rise was perfect.

The bread was soft and moist. Too moist; there was 1/2 inch wet lump in the middle. Next time use Basic cycle, or use less potato, or make sure it is well kneaded and not wet.
