Psyllium Husk Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour (313g)
- 1 Cup psyllium husk (154g)
- 2 Tbsp gluten
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (4 1/2 tsp for quick cycle)
- 1/4 Cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

Add all the liquid ingredients to the bread-maker pan.

Add all the dry ingredients to the bread-maker pan, after mixing
them together.

Cook: Basic cycle, 2lb
I needed to add about 3Tbsp water during stir phase.
Problems/Fixes
- First time used the Quick setting. Bread was very dense.
- Second time, added gluten, vinegar, and a bit more water. Also used
the Basic setting, 2lb.
- Maybe bake it longer because it was very moist? Also use the "dark"
setting
- Maybe use the 1.5lb setting?
- Maybe use less yeast?
- Maybe knead it more?
- Maybe add more gluten? For wheat bread, 2tsp/1cup flour. So for
3.5cups add 7tsp, or 2Tbsp + 1tsp.
