Mushroom in Cream Sauce

Older (open) mushrooms have more taste, his opinion.

  1. Put mushroom in skillet. Add salt and pepper. They will sizile. The sizzling will stop, because of the water. Wait for water to boil off and you hear sizzling again.

  2. Now put in onions. Cook a couple of min.

  3. Add 1 tsp flour. 1/2 cup cream. Boil for 1 min.

The sauce can top fish or chicken.
