Goal: portable video studio, low cost
Includes WIFI remote control
(One is on loan as of 2020-07-10)
Not HD
There are cheaper HDMI to USB capture devices. Look VERY carefully . Is it a HDMI to USB (input), or a USB to HDMI (output)? The UBB to HDMI is NOT what you want for video input to your computer. When looking on Amazon use this search term: "hdmi to usb capture". If you can afford it, go with USB 3.0 and at least 1080p.
This one is probably better than the one above because it stays a lot cooler.
One is defective.

Bags for LED lights.
The stand has two mount points. One at the top of the vertical pole, and on at the end of the boom arm. A fixed camera could be mounted to the vertical pole, and a mic put on the boom. Or the audio recorder could be mounted on the vertical pole.
Each bag can hold 4 light stands, and 2 mic stands.
The can also be used as a boom-mic stand, or a mount for a back-light.
This can support clamp light, light mounted on the top caps, or the shop lights could be suspended from the top (using a tee). Height can be adjusted from 1 ft to 10 ft. Sand bags should be used if going above 6 ft.
I have enough parts to make 4 light stands, but if the projection stand is built (see below), then only one light stand can be made.

You can't have too many extension cords or power strips. This is my minimum for 4 cameras, computer, mixer, etc.
1x 100ft 2x 50ft 2x 25ft 2x 6ft 5x 3outlet adapters 5x power strips
Green Screen setup. Note: test with video editor before using.
I'll eventually switch to MX-Linux, because it doesn't require "systemd" and it is not moving away from "deb" packages. "Newer is not always better!"
Works on Windows and Linux (Mac packages may be outdated)
Works on all platforms
