Add water. For fluffier bread add 1 egg to water to make 1 cup liquid.
Add sugar and salt to water, and stir until dissolved.
Add all the other ingredients in the order shown. (At 2 Tbsp the Parmesan cheese can be barely tasted.)
Bake on 1.5lb loaf quick setting.
After kneading cycle, remove the paddle and spread out the dough.
Cool on rack until completely cool.
